"Come indulge all your senses at this year’s show, where Timeless Landscape Creations will be featuring a 3600 square foot exhibit near the ticket box office. As the cedar pergola corridor draws you into the space, you’ll find yourself in the Ultimate Backyard. To your left, the warmth of the stone fireplace invites you to come relax in the outdoor living room set on a geometric paver patio. You won’t be sitting long, though, once you smell the aroma of the professional gourmet chef’s cuisine. Using state-of-the art Viking outdoor appliances, he will offer delicious samples and clever techniques from an outdoor kitchen that defies convention. While enjoying your delicacies, you can’t help but look down and stare at the striking tongue & groove cedar deck. Let the peaceful flow of the nearby fountains soothe you while taking in the beauty of the masterfully-designed landscaping, complete with hand-painted pots and a butterfly garden. The cedar patio cover with exposed beams, tongue & groove ceiling, and its unique lounging area will catch your eye as you continue through the exhibit. On the Viking Outdoor Cooking Stage, Chef Scotty Campbell, from the Viking Cooking School, will share recipes and ideas. This is a great opportunity for people to have some up-close-and-personal 
time with the Viking professional chef, who will also give cooking demonstrations using top-of-the-line Viking appliances and answer questions from the audience.
Also featured on the Viking Outdoor Cooking Stage, Chillin’ and Grillin’ with Clive Berkman - the famed chef, Houston restaurateur and author of Creating Empty Bottle Moments: Cooking with Clive. He will offer tips on serving up restaurant-quality meals and other aspects of home entertainment.
Michael Garfield, “The High-Tech Texan,” will be broadcasting his popular radio program on The 9-5-0 AM live from the show on Saturday, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. and will keep his audience abreast of the latest equipment needed to stage a media room or a state-of-the-art gaming system in the comfort and convenience of their homes.
“More people are putting more money into their homes’ media stations,” said Garfield, who is also a featured speaker at the show. “They’re not buying new homes; they’re making their existing homes more comfortable.”
Garfield said he expects ceiling-mounted, high-definition television projectors, some with screens up to 12 feet, to be a hot item. He also said gaming system, which allow users to download movies and surf the Internet, have continued to be popular and are coming down in price.
