Gary Anderson
Gary L. Anderson is the president and founder of Aqualift, Inc. and RootWall Pro, a Division of Aqualift, Inc. In 1983, he introduced an approach to foundation problems that revolutionized the foundation repair industry. He invented and received a patent on a micro- based processor and sensored foundation watering system that maintains a constant moisture level around and under the home's foundation. The home's foundation remains stable after being brought up to original construction level.
After 12 years of studying soils and weather patterns, he opened his company "The Foundation Watering Company, Inc." in 1986 and "Aqualift, Inc." in 1989. In the later 1980's, Gary received on-site tree and root pruning training from Davey Tree Company.
With his knowledge of proper tree root and canopy pruning, he integrated the installation of root wall barriers and his patented foundation watering system. Aqualift, Inc. is the only foundation repair contractor that guarantees no sheetrock cracks for 10 years.Gary has amassed over 30 years in the foundation repair business. His professional career has encompassed managing sales for a large conventional foundation repair company, remodeling and construction contractor, and construction consulting.
Gary Anderson's "Foundation Soil Moisture System, " which uses a calibrated micro-based processor and sensored system, received a United States patent in 1998. His system is the only one to date, that has a personal letter of recommendation from the University of Texas at Arlington's School of Civil Engineering Dept. due to his system implementing the correct processes required and, also, the systems acceptance by the engineering community as the step to take prior to mechanical foundation repairs. In a letter of endorsement, Dr. Thomas Petry, PH.D., P.E. stated, "It is interesting to note that many times...in my experience this moisture stabilization process, when done correctly, has resulted in no need for further leveling of the structure."
Mr. Anderson was a member of the University of Texas at Arlington's School of Civil Engineering's Construction Research Advisory Council and has been a guest speaker at the UTA's School of Civil Engineering. Throughout the years, he has spoken on the topic of foundation repairs and root wall barriers before engineering societies, construction research councils, homeowner's associations, Rotary and Lion's Clubs, real estate groups, the Dover Club, church groups, and various other organizations. Gary has written an eye-opening publication entitled "Foundation Repairs Aren't All They Are Cracked Up to Be."
Gary's success story revolves around his professional and personal relationship with each client. Customers, professional engineers, and real estate inspectors refer him to solve foundation problems. His knowledge and expertise on the subject of foundation repair has been used by churches, schools, townhomes, and homeowners.
His Aqualift system is guaranteed and it works!
